Despite rigorous quality testing of our materials, the semi-finished goods and extensive testing of our finished products, you may still find fault with one of our pair of shoes.
If this should be the case, please contact the retailer from whom you obtained your pair of Papillios originally. Our retail partner will pass your complaint on to us.
Thus your shoes will either be repaired or replaced.
