All materials are made out of ecologically friendly raw materials. In our rigorous quality control system intensive spot checks are made.
In these tests all physical an chemical properties are approved. Only if all tests significantly fulfil the set requirements, the tested material will be put into production.
Again and again semi finished products are taken out of the production process.
 
On this occasion the following aspects are strictly controlled:
 
  1. The fitting of the shoe
  2. The exact sewing or glueing of components
  3. The stability and fastening of buckles and outsoles
      
After termination of production all products are controlled very accurately and critically again.
 
The packing is done manually for guaranteeing an additional final control. Either the material or also the production process follow the highest requirements to ecologically friendly products and therefore is from the point of healthiness absolutely harmless for employees as well as for end consumers.
